Written by a Finnish chef Marc Aulén, The Helsinki Book is a publication exploring manifold spots and stories in Helsinki through the eyes of a local.

 

Marc has run a soup restaurant Qulma in Katajanokka, Helsinki since 2010. Developed from his previous cookbook, he wanted to introduce his city including his own recipes. To capture his enthusiastic and energetic characteristics, we got closely involved in the entire process from the initial concept development, the structure featuring 12 categories to layout design including illustrations and icons.
